By creating an account or using Kalorino (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Kalorino. By signing up you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Service & "not medical advice"
Kalorino estimates calories and macros from what you tell it and helps you track them. The figures and any suggestions are AI-generated estimates for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, are not always accurate, and are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Do not use Kalorino to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have an eating disorder or other health concern, please consult a professional. You rely on the estimates at your own risk.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Sign-in links are personal to you — don't share them.
Subscriptions & billing
Kalorino offers a free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Account → Manage billing); cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share or that contains other people's personal information without their consent.
Your data
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Account screen.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalorino and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service's estimates; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
